Devised quantitative/qualitative investigation of regional youth and industries to determine clusters of Units of Competency that would provide foundation skill sets for regional school students engaged in VET in Schools.

Building an RTO – Establishing an RTO from the ground up, and then doing it again - 2007-10
Establishing two registered training organisations offering quite diverse training products and delivery modes. Currently own and manage Fortress Learning, delivering TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment online to 500 people.
